Built by agency recruiters. For agency recruiters.
Finally. A SaaS for RaaS.
Built for small retained, fractional and executive search firms. It sells while you deliver, sources while you interview, and gives every client a window that makes a five-person firm feel like the most buttoned-up partner they have ever hired.

Drafts only - humans approve all sends
Pulling up the sourcing campaign you asked about.
Found Arbor Health / Credentialing and Enrollment Lead e6b41c02.
- StatusDraft, never launched
- Send queue0 queued, nothing sent
- RepliesNone, because nothing has gone out
So nothing has left your domain on this one. The campaign exists, the sequence is written, and it is sitting on your approval.
Worth noting two things before you work it:
- Two of the 80 enrolled candidates have no verified email. The first email step would skip them silently, so I left them in review rather than in the queue.
- Step 1 inherits a hook that references a Kestrel Ventures raise. I cannot find a date for it, so the send is blocked until someone confirms it or the hook comes out. I did not write around it.
Assumption I am making: you want the same register as the Ridgeline Automation campaign, because it is the closest match in this vertical. If that is wrong, say so and I will rewrite all three steps before anyone is enrolled.
Both sides of the desk
You already do two jobs. The software should too.
Running a search firm means the pipeline dies the week you get busy, the evenings go to admin nobody bills for, and the client goes quiet somewhere between kickoff and renewal. Every tool you can buy was built for one desk of the two, and none of it was built by anyone who lived this.
We run a recruiting firm. We built the platform we could never buy. Turns out every firm like ours needs it too.
While you deliver, it sells.
The week you make a placement is the week your pipeline goes quiet. The prospecting, the first touches, the fourth follow-up nobody sends: Trovero works that pile continuously. It finds the people, writes every first line off a detail it can prove, sorts the replies, and books the call behind one approval. You walk out of a placement into a full week of conversations, because the selling never stopped.
- Prospecting runs through your connected data integrations, against the profile you approved and nothing wider.
- Every personalized line carries a receipt. No verifiable detail behind it, no send.
- Replies come back sorted, threaded, with the interested ones already drafted for your review.
- A prospect who wants time gets a real calendar event, behind a confirmation you approve.
- Variants run head to head and Trovero tells you which one it believes and how sure it is.
- Referral engine, landing soon: every client gets an attributable referral link in their own portal, so your best channel stops depending on you remembering to ask.

Transparency breeds trust.
Retained work is renewed in the light and lost in the dark. So give every client a light switch: their own login, the pipeline as it moves, and a report card that grades the search itself and splits every elapsed day between your side and theirs. The weekly status call disappears. The renewal conversation stops being defensive. And you hold the switch. Access ends the moment you say so.
- Six tabs in the client view: overview, playbook, candidates, metrics, report card, documents.
- Your client moves candidates forward or rejects with a reason, and it lands on your board as action required.
- Feedback runs in threads with visible status, so nothing dies in an inbox.
- Metrics they can read on their own: source mix, stage conversion, time in stage, weekly volume, offer acceptance.
- The intake becomes a playbook their hiring manager can actually see: scorecard, process, questions, all of it. Service that looks like nothing else they get from an agency.
Arbor Health · Director of Clinical Operations
Client view. Invited by you, revocable by you, scoped to this search.
Search report card · week 5
Speed, accuracy, reliability and outcome. Graded as the search runs, on a page your client can open at any hour.
Pace slipped in week four. Shown to both sides, not smoothed over.
The candidates put forward are the ones the hiring team wants.
On track to actually close, not just to keep moving.
No offers yet. Quality of hire is not graded until there is one.
Every elapsed day is attributed to the side that held it. Same chart, both sides, forwardable to their leadership.
One call becomes the whole search.
You already run the intake call. Most of what you learn on it dies in a notes file. Not here. Paste the transcript and the search pack comes out: job description, ideal profile, weighted scorecard, target companies, interview kits, twenty artifacts in all. The pack that used to eat an evening exists before you stand up. Approve it, and the sourcing campaign drafts itself, staged at zero until you launch.
- Run the intake call. Paste the transcript, or let a synced meeting deliver it.
- Trovero compiles twenty artifacts from that one conversation.
- You edit and approve. Every save keeps its history.
- The approval drafts your sourcing campaign, sequence included.
- You launch when you've looked. Nothing sends until you do.
- Sourced candidates land in review, uncontacted, for you to work.

Define outreach sequence steps for this campaign.
Editing a step does different things depending on what has already happened. The subject line applies to everyone in the campaign. The body applies only to candidates who do not have personalized copy yet; anyone who already has per-person copy keeps theirs. Editing a LinkedIn step re-renders pending queue items. Anything already sent keeps exactly what went out.
Subjectcredentialing at Arbor Health
Hi {{first_name}} - Arbor Health is standing up multi-state Medicaid enrollment and wants someone who has actually run CAQH and PECOS at volume, not managed a vendor who did. First hire on the function, reporting to the COO, and the scope is theirs to set. Worth fifteen minutes?
{{sender_name}}
{{first_name}} - following up on the note about the credentialing lead role at Arbor Health. If the timing is wrong I will leave it there. If it is not, I can send the scope and the comp range before you decide anything.
{{sender_name}}
Subjectclosing the loop
Last one from me, {{first_name}}. If payer enrollment is not where you want to spend the next few years, that is a fine answer. If you know someone who has run denial recovery inside a multi-state group, I would take the introduction and leave you alone.

Your judgment, made visible.
The scorecard your client approved comes back at the interview. Paste the transcript and the candidate is scored against that same rubric, quoted evidence behind every line. Your read becomes a page a hiring manager can hold. Reject with a reason, and a weekly pass turns those reasons into proposed edits to the targeting, waiting on your sign-off. The search sharpens while you sleep. Nothing changes without your name on it.
The Evidence Profile informs a human. A human makes every decision about every candidate. Trovero does not reject applicants, does not filter people out of your pipeline, and does not decide who is qualified.

Your best clients, selling for you.
Firms like yours grow on referrals, and referrals depend on somebody remembering to ask. Soon, every client carries an attributable referral link inside their own portal, raised at the moments that earn it, like the week a placement starts. It appears here as a roadmap item because it is not live yet, and this page does not say things that are not true.
Built to carry your name.
Everything above signs your name to email and puts numbers in front of your clients. That privilege is earned, so the system reports its own limits before you ask. A first line with nothing verifiable behind it does not send. A metric without enough evidence says so, with the reason. We run our own firm on this. Our name goes out on it every morning, the same way yours would.
- The assistant states its assumptions and asks to be corrected when it had to guess.
- It volunteers problems: a sender to pause, a campaign with nothing queued, a search gone quiet.
- No verifiable personalization detail, no send. It writes no filler to cover a gap.
- Missing data shows as missing. Zero shows as zero. Nothing gets dressed up.
- Agents start draft-only and earn autonomy by agreeing with your decisions. Slip, and they drop a rung automatically.
Send queue, blocked item
Reporting, missing evidence
A missing measure shows as missing. A zero means we measured zero.
Review queue, soft flag
Unprompted, from the assistant
Nothing sends without you.
One queue carries every outbound message. It checks the hour, the warm-up ramp, the mailbox cap, the recipient-domain ceiling, the sending-domain ceiling and the suppression list, then rechecks bounces and opt-outs in the second before the message moves. Every message carries an unsubscribe link and a postal address. One switch stops everything.
- Agents begin at draft-only. Trovero writes, you send. That floor never moves on its own.
- The server enforces every autonomy rung and reconciles nightly. No agent promotes itself.
- Bounces past the threshold pause that sender and tell you which one and why.
- Cold and warm client outreach run on separate domains, and the wall is enforced in code.
- Work a human did counts as human work in every report. Trovero takes no credit for your calls.
One price. Both engines.
Three flat prices, published, month to month. No seat minimums, no implementation fee, no annual contract up front, and no surprise uplift at renewal. Hiring your fourth recruiter should feel like hiring, and here it does. The number on this page is the number you pay.
Up to 3 recruiters
$750 a month
The whole system on this page, flat. Leave any month.
Up to 5 recruiters
$1,000 a month
The room to hire a fourth and a fifth without your software bill deciding whether you can.
Up to 10 recruiters
$1,500 a month
Same system, more desks, still flat. Ten recruiters at the best per-desk price we offer.
Design partner
$500 a month
Leave any month. Stay, and the price holds for two years. Gregg onboards you himself, on the system that runs his own firm. Case study only if both sides want one. [N] seats, because founder-led onboarding does not stretch past a handful of firms at a time.
What one flat price replaces
Here is the stack a firm your size is usually paying for, and what it runs per recruiter per month at published rates elsewhere. Add your own bills to the middle column and see where you land.
| What a firm your size buys | Typical per recruiter, per month | Included here |
|---|---|---|
| Applicant tracking system | $85 to $165 | Included |
| Client CRM and pipeline | bundled or $40 to $80 | Included |
| Sourcing data and enrichment | $139 to $199 | You connect your own |
| Outreach sequencing and sending | $79 to $245 | Included |
| Mailbox warming and domain health | $30 to $100 | Included |
| Client portal and reporting | gated to a higher tier, or absent | Included |
| Implementation, onboarding fees | $1,000 to $25,000 one time | None |
| Annual uplift on renewal | commonly 5 percent a year | None |
Ranges are published list prices for comparable tools, gathered in August 2026, and vendors change them. The point is not the arithmetic; it is that every one of those lines is a separate contract, a separate renewal and a separate login, and here it is one.
Lock-in is a confidence problem. A vendor sure of the product does not need paperwork to hold you. Month to month means we earn February after you have seen January.

Gregg runs the walkthrough, on the live system that runs his own firm, on real work from that morning. Forty-five minutes. Ask the questions vendors flinch at. You leave with a straight answer on whether this fits your firm, and no is one of the answers.
If you pass, nothing happens. No sequence. No follow-ups. You are not on a list.
